about

A house on the water, written in stone.

Rivera Residences is conceived as a single architectural gesture. Four pavilions, each with its own character, share one ambition: to make the everyday feel deliberate.

The Vision

A garden first, a building second.

The masterplan begins with the trees. Eight hectares of native park were drawn before a single wall was placed, so that every residence opens onto something living.

"We did not want to build the loudest building on the lake. We wanted to build the quietest."

— Architect, lead studio

The Developer

Three generations of patient work.

A family-owned house, founded in 1962, working only on a handful of projects at a time. Every drawing, every fitting, every choice of stone is approved by the same hand.

Design Philosophy

Restraint as luxury.

No flourish for its own sake. Plain materials, beautifully made. A short list of details, repeated with absolute precision. The result is a calm that you can feel before you can name it.

Our values

Three commitments.

Ecological

Geothermal heating, native planting, water-positive landscape design. Built to last a century.

Living

Light, air, and proportion. Rooms drawn around how the day actually unfolds.

Community

Shared library, garden, and table. A place where neighbours become friends.

Come see it for yourself.
